Some schools and departments have their own, separate Zoom licenses, with separate administrators and support staff. Most have or are in the process of moving to UCI Zoom.

If you have a Zoom account, but you’re not sure if it’s an account under the UCI Zoom license, visit https://zoom.us/account and check to see if the basic information matches:

• Account Type: Education
• Account Name: UCI Zoom
• Your Role: Member
• Account Owner: techprep@uci.edu
• Account Number: 227411

If your account information does not match, then your account isn’t under the UCI Zoom license.
